Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Kingdoms mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 12 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Creation and Security

3.1 Account Registration

• You must sign in using Apple Sign In
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID
• One account per person - multiple accounts are not permitted

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• We are not liable for losses due to stolen or compromised accounts

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 You MAY:

• ✅ Play the game as intended
• ✅ Compete with other players fairly
• ✅ Form alliances and engage in strategic gameplay
• ✅ Communicate respectfully with other players

4.2 You MAY NOT:

• ❌ Use cheats, hacks, bots, or exploits
• ❌ Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• ❌ Use offensive, racist, or inappropriate language
• ❌ Share or sell accounts
• ❌ Create multiple accounts
• ❌ Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• ❌ Use location spoofing or GPS manipulation
• ❌ Interfere with servers or networks
• ❌ Impersonate others
• ❌ Exploit bugs for unfair advantage

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create (display name, messages, etc.), but you grant us a license to use, display, and store it as necessary to operate the App.

5.2 Content Standards

All user content must:

• Comply with applicable laws
• Not infringe on others' rights
• Not contain offensive, explicit, or inappropriate material
• Not contain spam or advertising

5.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without notice.

6. Location Data

• The App requires location access for core gameplay features
• You consent to location tracking while using the App

• You are responsible for being aware of your surroundings while playing

7. Virtual Items and Currency

7.1 Virtual Goods

• Gold, items, and other virtual goods have no real-world value
• Virtual goods cannot be exchanged for real money
• We reserve the right to modify or remove virtual goods at any time

7.2 Purchases (If Applicable)

• In-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
• All purchases are final and non-refundable (subject to Apple's policies)
• Refund requests should be directed to Apple Support

8. Termination and Suspension

8.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

8.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in cheating or exploiting
• Harass other players
• Engage in fraudulent activity

8.3 Effect of Termination

• You lose access to your account and all virtual goods
• No refunds for terminated accounts
• Provisions of these Terms that should survive will continue to apply

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Rights

We own all rights to:

• The App and its code
• Game mechanics and design
• Graphics, sounds, and assets
• Trademarks and branding

9.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND:

• We don't guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• We don't guarantee any specific results or outcomes
• You use the App at your own risk
• We are not responsible for data loss or device damage

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us (if any)
• We are not liable for injuries or accidents while playing

12. Safety and Real-World Conduct

• ⚠️ Always be aware of your surroundings
• ⚠️ Obey all traffic laws and posted signs
• ⚠️ Don't trespass on private property
• ⚠️ Don't play while driving
• ⚠️ Respect others' safety and privacy

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law
