• Apple Sign In: When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple User ID and optionally your name and email address
• Display Name: Your chosen username in the game
• Avatar: Optional profile picture

• Gameplay Statistics: Gold, level, experience points, reputation, honor
• Game Actions: Check-ins, kingdom claims, contracts, alliances, battles
• In-Game Communications: Chat messages sent in town pubs and direct messages

2.3 Location Information

• How We Use It: Location is used to determine which kingdoms you can interact with based on proximity
• Storage: Your precise location coordinates are NOT stored on our servers
• What We Store: Only kingdom check-in events (which kingdom you visited and when)
• Control: You can disable location access at any time in iOS Settings, but this will limit game functionality

2.4 Automatically Collected Information

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version
• Usage Data: App crashes, performance metrics (via AWS CloudWatch)
• Login Activity: Last login timestamp

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the game services
• Create and manage your player account
• Enable location-based gameplay features
• Facilitate in-game interactions with other players
• Send game notifications (conquests, battles, events)
• Improve game balance and fix bugs

• Infrastructure: Data is stored on AWS (Amazon Web Services) in US data centers
• Encryption: All data transmission uses HTTPS/WSS encryption
• Passwords: Not applicable - we use Apple Sign In (no passwords stored)
• Access Control: Only authorized systems can access the database

6. Data Retention

• Active Accounts: Your data is retained while your account is active
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts inactive for 2+ years may be deleted
• Deleted Accounts: Account data is permanently deleted within 30 days of deletion request
• Legal Requirements: Some data may be retained longer if required by law

You have the right to:
